It is possible to manufacture fine-pore ceramics with a minimum aperture of φ0.02mm and dimensional accuracy of ±5%, making it ideal for miniaturized sensor holders and flow control components.

Pilot Ceramics offers the production of fine holes and deep holes under 1mm, which are difficult to manufacture using drilling or laser processing, with high dimensional accuracy. Thanks to our unique extrusion molding technology, we can create holes with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm and a length of 100mm. Both the outer and inner diameters have a dimensional accuracy of ±5%, and the variation within the same lot is even smaller. Additionally, we can also produce multiple holes or irregularly shaped holes. We will manufacture based on the drawings provided by our customers, using the optimal specifications. The materials used are high-purity alumina, zirconia, and aluminum nitride. 【Features】 - Capable of producing fine ceramics with a minimum outer diameter of φ0.3mm and a minimum hole diameter of φ0.02mm - Capable of producing long products with an aspect ratio of over 200 (maximum length of 120mm) - Can produce deep holes with freely adjustable wall thickness from thin to thick - High precision with a dimensional tolerance of ±5% *For more details, please refer to the materials.
